Space Travel Techniques of Movement

My space vehicles utilize laws of displacements in space. The vehicles are not propelled. They are dislocated and relocated to be placed in another area of space. It is a passive type of travel unlike propulsion. The space vehicle raveling into deep space cannot utilize nuclear power due to the intense radiation in space that would; or could, arc with he nuclear materials and cause explosion.
