Recirculatoric Heating and Cooling System

This system contains 2 basic discharge capacitors. One is positively charged while the other is negatively charged. The biosic ions are stored in a capacitor. when heating is required, the body is filled with positive ions. When cooling is required, negative ions are placed within the body. A hyperenergizer energizes the ions appropriately.
In the Earth's atmosphere, the sun provides positive ions to attract the negative ions in the body. The fast extraction hypercools the body; then, heats the body to elevated temperatures. When the seasons change, negative ions pull the positive ions from the body. Summer and winter foods supply ionic energies for proper body functions.
