Pressure Calibrators

In cases of total systems shutdown; such as in space, where ALL data is lost, Manual calibrators will be available for manual calibrating of pressure measurement devices. Some of the calibrators are: [1] Thumbscrew turned dual plate pressure sensor, balance device calibrator. [2] Wheel turned dual plate heavy pressure calibrator for up to 150 tons pressure. [3] Electromagnet system that provides a continual static precise pressure. [4] Torque wrench plates, clamps, or cylinders of fluid. [5] Piston, tube, fluid pressurization system. Torque wrench calibrators may provide pictogram to 5,000 ton pressures. For pressure plates, balances, fluid pressure measuring instruments, gas pressure measuring instruments, and other instruments, this is he best device to use. Dropdown plates for balances, clamps for sensors, and cylinders for fluids and gases may be calibrated with these wrenches. Some wrenches require a large wheel to lower the wrench. For large tonnage a chain wrench lowers the wrench handle. a Chain hoist or hydraulic jack is used also for precise measurements and calibrations. Electromagnetic or hydraulic jacks may be torque released also. Gas and liquid Pressure calibration, pressure release cylinders may be used for precision calibration of pressurized liquids and gases. The pressure release valve will be set for precise pressure release. Multiple release valves may be used for tons, pounds, ounces, grams, and fractions of a gram release for the most precise of all calibrators.
