Star and Planet Illumination of dark areas

A special satellite will be utilized to illuminate the dark areas of stars and planets with a frequency to frequency converter. The converter will convert any and all available energies; including radioastronomical energies to photonic frequencies. The photonic frequencies will be amplified by a suitable frequency to voltage converter that will take nuclear and cosmic radiation and convert them into power sources by converting the frequencies with a frequency to voltage converter.
