Synthetic Illumination

In a space vehicle, There are numerous methods of illuminating the interior. One method is a " St. Elmo's Fire" type of illumination. The other method is an entire interior illumination. Both methods utilize available energy to be converted with a frequency to photonic frequency conversion.
